		<description>You are starving your body by that horrible diet.  Your body is storing it&#039;s fat because of it.  You need to do at leat 30 mins of moderate to vigorous exercise a day.  You really can&#039;t possible lose that much by the 3rd in all honesty.

Eat small healthy items every 2 hours and drink alot of water.  Always eat breakfast (whole grains and fruit, not bacon and eggs) and avoid soda, white bread, white rice and junk food.</description>

		<description>Try doing at least a half hour of cardio (aerobics, walking fast, running, taebo), and a half hour of weight training. If you don&#039;t have weights, you can improvise with weighted objects around the house. I&#039;ve used canned veggies and soup in my earlier days. You also need to cut back on your fat and sodium. Sodium makes you retain water if you have too much of it. And drink lots of water! At least 8 glasses a day! Good Luck to you. Don&#039;t get discouraged, there is no quick fix for losing weight that is safe for you. Be determined and take care of yourself.</description>
